Although Sany construction machinery is preferred for its high durability and powerful engine performance in challenging construction and mining conditions, AdBlue (SCR) systems used within the scope of modern emission standards can lead to serious operational problems in the field.
The AdBlue system used in Sany construction machinery relies on the combined operation of many components such as NOx sensors, AdBlue pump, injector, level-quality-temperature sensors. A failure in any of these components; AdBlue warning, engine malfunction light, power and torque restriction, protection mode and in some cases complete machine shutdown can lead to serious consequences.
AdBlue system sensor and pump failures are much more common in construction machinery operating in dusty, muddy, humid and harsh field conditions. These failures not only reduce machine performance but also cause project delays, labor loss and high service costs.
Thanks to this advanced emulator, the SCR (AdBlue) system is completely electronically deactivated. The emulator electronically simulates all sensors and components of the AdBlue system and reports to the engine control unit that the system is working ideally.
Thus, the need for AdBlue refilling is eliminated, SCR-related error codes do not occur, and the machine continues to operate stably without performance loss.
With this optimization, unnecessary load on the motor is removed, and power and torque limitations are completely eliminated. The machine operates at full capacity without entering protection mode or generating warnings.
