The auto body paint measuring device is a device developed to professionally measure the paint thickness on the vehicle body.
The body of the car is usually made of metal materials such as iron, aluminum or non-metallic materials such as carbon fiber and plastic. This advanced device can precisely measure the paint film thickness on both iron and aluminum surfaces.
It has the ability to recognize not only metal surfaces, but also non-metallic body parts, iron paste layers and galvanized iron. Thanks to the three-color backlight display, the measurement results are presented to the user clearly and understandably.

Clever identification of ferrous paste

The device intelligently detects the iron paste layer and displays a warning on the screen, turns the backlight to red and makes two beeps, allowing you to easily determine whether the vehicle needs repair.

The device is a multi-purpose measuring device that can quickly detect iron, aluminum, galvanized iron and non-metallic body structures and easily recognize body bases.

Detailed Component Detection with Expert Mode

Each vehicle has 19 different component groups defined, and 6 separate measurement points are recorded for each component. This detailed data structure allows for a much more accurate and reliable analysis of the vehicle's paint condition and bodywork history.

Tri-Color Backlit Display

When the three-color display mode is activated, the device automatically changes the backlight color according to the measured paint thickness. If the thickness value is between the Lower Lo Limit and the Upper Hi Limit, the backlight is white and this value is considered normal . If the thickness is between Lower Lo - Severe Lo or Upper Hi - Severe Hi, the backlight is yellow . In case of severe deviation or iron powder paste detection, the backlight is red .

It provides uninterrupted data monitoring with its continuous measurement feature.

During the test, press and hold the probe for 2 seconds and slide to switch to continuous measurement mode. If simple mode is active, the device displays the maximum and minimum values ​​during this measurement.
