All Sail Teknoloji products are under warranty for 1 year.

Your warranty is on our side, it is sufficient to call our customer representative and explain the situation by specifying your order information.

If your product's problem is not caused by rare user errors, your product is exchanged if necessary.

During the warranty process, the parties will send their own shipping costs.

WARRANTY TERMS

1- The warranty period is ONE YEAR and it is necessary not to present the warranty certificate to benefit from the warranty. If the warranty certificate is lost, the identity information of the person who purchased the device must be submitted and the serial number of the device must be confirmed.

2- If it is determined that the device is installed and/or repaired outside of our company's authorized services, or that the device has been opened, the warranty will be void.

3- The WARRANTY given by our company does not cover the elimination of the malfunctions that may arise from the use of the device outside of its purposes or in abnormal conditions, and it is out of warranty for the malfunctions specified below.

  • Defects caused by the addition of parts or parts not produced or sold by Sail Teknoloji to the product.
  • Malfunctions as a result of liquid contact.
  • Changing the system properties at the time the product is sold (software & hardware)
  • Malfunctions arising from modifications made without the written approval of Sail Teknoloji.
  • Damages and malfunctions that may occur as a result of natural disasters such as fire, flood, flood and lightning, and damage and malfunctions that may occur during the transportation, loading, unloading and transportation of the device after delivery to the consumer.
