Hidromek AdBlue emulator is a solution that allows you to resolve issues related to NOx sensors, temperature sensors, differential pressure sensors, and DPF filter faults. Telescopic forklifts, excavators, loaders, and backhoe loaders are among the Hidromek vehicles that use AdBlue systems.

The NOx sensor in Hidromek vehicles is located in the exhaust system. Due to its position, it can frequently fail. When the NOx sensor malfunctions, it may cause system limitations. As a result of these restrictions, the vehicle may continue to run but cannot reach sufficient power and torque.

The differential pressure sensors in Hidromek vehicles are located before and after the DPF filter. In case of DPF filter damage or blockage, the vehicle will generate a fault notification.

With this warning, users are required to either clean or replace the DPF filter depending on its condition. At the same time, based on the DPF filter status, Hidromek differential pressure sensors transmit data to the vehicle ECU.

The AdBlue emulator provides solutions in cases of DPF filter blockage or failure of differential pressure sensors. It also ensures full performance in the event of failures or temporary malfunctions of Hidromek NOx sensors and temperature sensors.
