Automobile Smoke Leak Detector

The Automobile Smoke Leak Detector is designed to test for leaks in vehicle piping systems. It can be used in all cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATV, light trucks, boats and similar vehicles.

Introduction

ALT-550 Automobile Smoke Leak Detector is the latest developed leak diagnosis and detection device by our company. It has many advantages such as faster smoke generation, larger amount of smoke and double test mode. It can effectively help the worker to improve work efficiency and reduce workload. ALT-550 can be used for pipeline leak detection, including but not limited to air intake and exhaust system, fuel system, steam system, cooling system, crankcase, brake pipeline, air conditioning system, cylinder, etc., such as cars, trucks, heavy duty, buses, snow vehicles, yachts and other motor vehicles. This machine uses MCU to control the operation.

Overview

M1-EVAP Mod

It is used for testing of micro-pressurized pipeline system such as EVAP system. When the indicator light is on, it indicates that the current operation is EVAP test mode.

M2-TURBO/HD Mod

Used for testing normal/high pressure pipeline system such as fuel system, radiator, A/C system, etc. When the indicator light is on, it indicates that the current operation is TURBO/HD test mode.

Smoke

When the indicator light is on, it indicates that the current operation is Smoke test mode to find leak detection by smoke.

Air

When the indicator light is on, it indicates that the current operation is Air test mode to quickly judge whether there is leakage in the system.

M1/M2 Switch

Function mode selection between EVAP and TURBO/HD.

Smoke/Air Key

Select test mode between Smoke and Air.

Adjustment key

Set the test time from 5min to 15min or 10min to 30min, cycle selection.
