Tachometer Control Module (TCM)

Tachometer Control Module is a special electronic control module used as a replacement for analog and digital tachographs in vehicles. In some countries, the use of a tachograph is not legally required. However, many vehicle systems operate depending on the signals generated by the tachograph. For this reason, when the tachograph is removed, incompatibility and malfunction problems may occur in the vehicle systems. Tachometer Control Module is specifically developed to completely eliminate this problem.

Tachometer Control Module precisely simulates the speed, rotation, and communication signals produced by the tachograph, allowing the vehicle to operate smoothly as if a tachograph were installed. The engine control unit, ABS, transmission, and dashboard systems interpret these signals as real and do not generate any faults.

How Does Tachometer Control Module Work?

Tachometer Control Module electronically generates all basic data signals coming from the tachograph output. This allows all control systems on the vehicle to continue operating in their normal working order. Vehicle speed data is not interrupted, electronic communication remains stable, and no warning lights appear on the dashboard.
