In Euro 6.2 emission systems, a malfunction in any of the components such as NOx sensors, AdBlue pump, injector, level–quality–temperature sensors, or the DPF-side differential pressure sensor can trigger serious operational issues including check engine warning, power limitation, limp/protection mode, and in certain scenarios complete system shutdown. On the DPF side, clogging and incomplete regeneration over time increase exhaust backpressure, preventing efficient engine operation and raising fuel consumption.
With this advanced emulator, SCR and DPF systems are electronically disabled. The emulator electronically simulates the related sensors and components and reports ideal operating conditions to the ECU. As a result, the need for AdBlue refilling is eliminated, DPF-related warnings are deactivated, fault codes do not occur, and the equipment continues to operate stably without performance loss. Especially for generator applications requiring uninterrupted operation, it provides a reliable and long-lasting solution that prevents downtime.
