Holmer Maschinenbau ACM2 / ACM3 AdBlue SCR Emulator

Holmer Maschinenbau agricultural and harvesting machines equipped with Mercedes engines may experience various faults related to the AdBlue SCR system over time due to intensive operating conditions and long working hours.

Particularly in ACM2 and ACM3 systems, faults originating from the AdBlue pump, NOx sensors and SCR control system may cause error warnings to appear on the instrument panel, limit engine performance and disrupt machine operation.

Holmer ACM2 / ACM3 AdBlue SCR Delete Emulator, has been developed to electronically disable the AdBlue and SCR systems on compatible Holmer machinery using Mercedes engines. The emulator communicates with the vehicle's electronic system via the CAN line and electronically simulates the required data related to the AdBlue system.

After the emulator is installed, the vehicle continues to operate without the need to use AdBlue fluid. This eliminates the need to refill AdBlue and aims to prevent faults originating from the AdBlue system, NOx sensors, pump and related SCR components from affecting vehicle operation.

Especially on Holmer machines from series such as Terra Variant, Terra Felis and Terra Dos, which operate for long periods and under intensive conditions throughout the season, faults related to the AdBlue system can cause significant time loss and high service costs.
