The exhaust system of Ford Transit SID212 vehicles often fails due to the heavy conditions in which they are used.

The failure of any of the 6-7 internal units of the exhaust emission system, known as particle failure or DPF failure, will cause your vehicle not to start ignition and stay on the road. These systems are as follows with basic headings;

• NOx sensors
• DPF filter
• Adblue control unit
• Adblue pump
• Adblue injector

• SCR filter

These systems break down in heavy working conditions, bad diesel or bad adblue usage, not properly maintained, and prevent your vehicle from progressing by limiting torque or completely cutting off the ignition. These systems are almost impossible to repair and their replacements can cost up to 10% of the vehicle price.

As Sail Teknoloji, we have developed an adblue emulator for vehicles with Ford Transit SID 212 ECU, as a first in the world.

Thanks to this emulator, your entire Adblue system is simulated and you can completely get rid of Adblue failure or DPF failure. As soon as your vehicle does not consume adblue, all sensors will be disabled. You get rid of all electronic faults at once.

After the installation of the adblue emulator, you can completely remove your damaged or clogged DPF filter and replace it with a straight pipe for physical malfunctions such as DPF filling, DPF clogging, which are usually encountered in vehicles with SID 212 computer. This option is optional. If you wish, you can continue working on the filter. The tool continues to regenerate and regularly cleans your filter.

Removing or replacing the DPF filters that cannot be cleaned is important for the comfort of the vehicle and its performance on the road.

Our emulator is suitable for AdBlue and DPF removal on vehicles that are operating without any existing faults, and it can be installed directly without requiring a DPF reset.
If the vehicle’s DPF filter has been physically removed or broken, the emulator provides a 100% effective solution, ensuring that the DPF soot level will not increase.

Important Points:
If the exhaust temperature sensor, PM sensor, inlet NOx sensor, AdBlue level sensor, or dosing pump module is faulty, these components must be replaced or the DCU unit must be corrected using ECU flashing or appropriate diagnostic software tools.
Since no software intervention is performed on the SID212 engine ECU, the DPF section is resolved fully by the emulator.
For issues caused by the DCU or its related components, the problem can be resolved by performing software calibration and parameter adjustments in the exhaust control unit.
If you disable the AdBlue system by applying software updates or parameter modifications to the DCU, Online FDRS is no longer required.

Installation Steps:

• All fuses must be checked before installation.
• Turn off the ignition and wait 10 minutes before starting the installation.
• Follow the emulator wiring/connection documentation carefully.
• If the DCU has been flashed with software, the CAN lines 21 and 43 on the DCU must not be cut.

Fuse Checks:
Fuses 13, 34, and 39 belong to the AdBlue and DPF system.
These fuses must be checked before installation and replaced if they are not working.
