Faults caused by SCR and DPF systems significantly limit vehicle performance while leading to high maintenance costs and operational downtime.
The AdBlue system frequently generates faults due to NOx sensors, the AdBlue pump, injector, and level, quality, and temperature sensors. The DPF system, on the other hand, restricts efficient engine operation due to clogging, incomplete regeneration cycles, and increased exhaust backpressure, resulting in higher fuel consumption and reduced pulling power. These issues are especially common in urban driving conditions and short-distance usage.
With this emulator, SCR and DPF systems are electronically disabled. The need for AdBlue refilling is completely eliminated, DPF clogging is prevented, and regeneration processes are no longer required. Exhaust gas flow becomes unrestricted, unnecessary engine load is removed, and the engine operates more smoothly and stably.
Thanks to this optimization, pulling power is increased, engine response becomes more balanced, and fuel consumption is reduced by up to 10%. At the same time, warning lights, torque limitations, and limp-mode activations that negatively affect driving are completely eliminated, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation.
The Volkswagen Crafter MD1CS104 AdBlue SCR + DPF Cancellation Emulator fully simulates the internal SCR/DPF system tests controlled by the engine ECU. As a result, engine torque reduction, limp mode activation, or speed limitation functions are automatically disabled without the need for any diagnostic equipment.
Note: Eliminates the issue of not being able to turn the ignition on. Even if the odometer is reset, it automatically returns to 50 km. It does not trigger the engine or injection warning light.
Since the product is in beta version, we recommend making the connection after the faults are resolved and the 50 km counter is cleared. When connected this way, the screen warning will not appear again.
If you cannot clear the counter, the vehicle will not lose power, and the malfunction light will not turn on; only the screen warning will remain.
In the next version to be released, updates and documentation for resetting the screen warnings will be included.
