MAN TGE Euro 6 MD1CS104 AdBlue SCR + DPF Removal Emulator has been developed to eliminate recurring emission-related faults in MAN TGE vehicles equipped with the Bosch MD1CS104 engine control unit. Especially in intensive city use, short-distance driving, and frequent stop-and-go conditions, regeneration issues and AdBlue faults can make daily operation difficult and significantly restrict vehicle performance.
In MAN TGE Euro 6 models, the SCR (AdBlue) system relies on the coordinated operation of multiple components such as the AdBlue pump, injector, level–quality sensors, and NOx sensors. A malfunction in any of these components may lead to AdBlue warnings, countdown mileage (KM) errors, torque limitation, reduced engine power, and activation of limp mode.
On the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) side, incomplete regenerations, increased filter saturation levels, and rising exhaust back pressure may result in loss of power, increased fuel consumption, and persistent warning lights. Most “constant warning” and “performance loss” complaints from MAN TGE users are directly related to the protective strategies triggered by these two systems.
With this advanced emulator, SCR and DPF systems are electronically disabled. The need for AdBlue refilling is eliminated, and DPF clogging and forced regeneration requirements are removed. Exhaust flow becomes freer, unnecessary engine load is reduced, and the vehicle achieves a more stable and smoother driving character.
Thanks to optimized system management, throttle response becomes more noticeable, torque limitations are removed, and under proper conditions, fuel savings of up to 10% can be achieved. Additionally, AdBlue warnings, countdown KM errors, check engine lights, and limp mode situations that negatively affect driving comfort are minimized.
The MAN TGE MD1CS104 AdBlue SCR + DPF Removal Emulator simulates the ECU’s internal SCR and DPF control/test scenarios in accordance with the original operating logic. As a result, torque reduction, speed limitation, and limp mode strategies are automatically disabled without requiring any additional diagnostic intervention.
Important Note: Eliminates no-start ignition issues. Even if the KM counter is reset, it may automatically return to 50 km. It does not trigger engine or injection warning lights.
Since this product is a beta version, we recommend clearing existing faults and resetting the 50 km counter before installation. When installed under these conditions, the dashboard warning will not reappear.
If the counter cannot be cleared, the vehicle will not lose power and will not trigger warning lights; however, a dashboard message may remain visible.
In the upcoming version, software updates and detailed documentation aimed at completely eliminating dashboard warnings will be included.
