When regeneration cannot be completed, the vehicle enters protection mode, speed and power are restricted, and driving enjoyment completely disappears. This situation forces vehicle owners to visit the service frequently and face high maintenance costs each time.
At this point, the Kia Bongo MD1CS012 AdBlue SCR + DPF Delete Emulator has been developed not to temporarily hide these problems, but to eliminate them completely. The device electronically simulates the AdBlue and DPF systems one-to-one and informs the engine ECU that these systems are always operating in ideal condition. As a result, NOx, PM, and SCR-related fault codes do not occur, system lock-ups are prevented, and the engine does not enter protection mode. Even if there is a physical failure, clogging, or sensor issue, the vehicle continues to operate without any loss of performance.
The emulator is fully compatible with Kia Bongo vehicles equipped with the MD1CS012 engine ECU from 2022 onwards. If the DPF filter is damaged, the system can be completely disabled. Even if the DPF is intact, regeneration problems are eliminated and clogging does not occur.
