Hyundai Kona Sim2K-510 Adblue Emulator makes your driving experience smooth by disabling the Adblue system. Thanks to this innovative emulator, you will not get SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and NOx errors. This emulator, specially designed for Hyundai Kona, offers easy and fast installation. It deactivates the Adblue system without adversely affecting the performance of your vehicle and ensures long-term use with its durable structure.
Adblue is a liquid used in diesel vehicles and is used to reduce harmful emissions in exhaust gas through the SCR system. Adblue consists of urea and deionized water and provides a more environmentally friendly driving by neutralizing nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust gas. However, Adblue systems can sometimes malfunction, which may negatively affect driving safety and the performance of the vehicle.
Hyundai Kona Sim2K-510 Adblue Removal Emulator completely eliminates such problems. Malfunctions, SCR and NOx errors that may occur in your Adblue system will now be a thing of the past. Adblue removal emulator increases your vehicle's performance and reduces your maintenance costs. Since you will not need to constantly refill Adblue liquid, you will save costs and avoid possible malfunctions and errors.
This emulator also provides an improvement in your fuel consumption due to the deactivation of the Adblue system. Your vehicle's engine management system works more stable, which improves your overall driving experience. Hyundai Kona Sim2K-510 Adblue Removal Emulator offers long-term use with its durable and reliable structure and preserves the value of your vehicle.
Additionally, exhaust system errors occur after blockage in the DPF systems. Errors occur after the DPF sensors of Hyundai Tucson-Kona vehicles are filled. The Kona DPF filter sensor determines the soot level in the exhaust. In this way, the exhaust system continues to function. The Sim2K-510 engine computer contains NOx sensors, exhaust temperature sensors, PM sensor and DPF differential pressure sensor on the exhaust. In line with the information of these sensors, Hyundai works stably with SCR and DPF systems. Thanks to this emulator, it works compatible with the Hyundai Kona Sim2K-510 engine computer. It fully simulates SCR and DPF systems.
Simulated systems
NOTE: If your DPF filter is damaged or if you personally want to remove a functional filter, you can disable the DPF filter as well by connecting all cables. If your DPF filter is intact and you do not want to remove it, you can connect only the green-yellow CAN-BUS lines and the red-black voltage lines as described in the documentation and perform SCR system simulation only.
With this connection type, the vehicle continues regeneration and DPF filter functions operate in their original form.
NOTE: In 2021 and newer models equipped with the SIM2K-510 ECU, if passive faults and warnings such as ABS errors occur or if there is a late start issue after AdBlue and DPF installation, the V2 connection can be applied. In this case, it is sufficient to disconnect the brown-white wire.
