Ford Focus SID212 V2 Euro 6 Adblue (SCR+DPF) Emulator

Ford Focus SID212 V2 Euro 6 Adblue (SCR+DPF) Emulator

$149.00

The SID212 engine control unit used in Ford Focus vehicles is equipped with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) systems in accordance with Euro 6 emission standards. Although these systems are designed to be environmentally friendly, they can cause malfunctions over time. Issues such as DPF regeneration errors, AdBlue consumption problems, decreased engine performance, torque limitation, and warning lights on the dashboard may arise. These malfunctions often result in breakdowns, high repair costs, and time loss.

Ford Focus SID212 Euro 6 AdBlue (SCR+DPF) Removal Emulator
The SID212 engine control unit used in Ford Focus vehicles is equipped with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) systems in accordance with Euro 6 emission standards. Although these systems are designed to be environmentally friendly, they can cause malfunctions over time. Issues such as DPF regeneration errors, AdBlue consumption problems, decreased engine performance, torque limitation, and warning lights on the dashboard may arise. These malfunctions often result in breakdowns, high repair costs, and time loss. Especially the SID212 ECU cannot be read or modified by many diagnostic devices or software in the market, so solving these issues requires special hardware.

As Sail Teknoloji, we have developed the world's first AdBlue emulator specifically for the Ford Focus with SID212 ECU to provide a solution to these problems. With this emulator, your vehicle's AdBlue and DPF systems are completely simulated, eliminating all electronic issues such as AdBlue faults, DPF saturation, or NOx sensor errors. Your vehicle will no longer consume AdBlue, all related sensors are disabled, and the system continues to operate smoothly.

The following systems are simulated and deactivated in your vehicle:

  • AdBlue control unit
  • AdBlue pump
  • AdBlue injector
  • DPF differential pressure sensor
  • DPF filter
  • NOx sensor

These systems often fail due to heavy usage conditions, poor quality diesel or AdBlue, or lack of proper maintenance. When they fail, they may limit torque or in some cases completely disable the engine. The cost of repairs can reach up to 10% of the vehicle’s total value.

After installing the emulator, if your DPF filter is damaged or clogged, you can physically replace it with a straight pipe or use it in a drilled state. This is optional; if desired, you can continue using your existing filter, and the vehicle will continue its regeneration cycle. However, removing DPF filters that cannot be cleaned is important for both engine comfort and on-road performance.

Note:
Our emulator is suitable for AdBlue and DPF removal on vehicles that are operating without any existing faults, and it can be installed directly without requiring a DPF reset.
If the vehicle’s DPF filter has been physically removed or broken, the emulator provides a 100% effective solution, ensuring that the DPF soot level will not increase.

Important Points:
If the exhaust temperature sensor, PM sensor, inlet NOx sensor, AdBlue level sensor, or dosing pump module is faulty, these components must be replaced or the DCU unit must be corrected using ECU flashing or appropriate diagnostic software tools.
Since no software intervention is performed on the SID212 engine ECU, the DPF section is resolved fully by the emulator.
For issues caused by the DCU or its related components, the problem can be resolved by performing software calibration and parameter adjustments in the exhaust control unit.
If you disable the AdBlue system by applying software updates or parameter modifications to the DCU, Online FDRS is no longer required.

Installation Steps:

  • All fuses must be checked before installation.
  • Turn off the ignition and wait 10 minutes before starting the installation.
  • Follow the emulator wiring/connection documentation carefully.
  • If the DCU has been flashed with software, the CAN lines 21 and 43 on the DCU must not be cut.

Fuse Checks:
Fuses 13, 34, and 39 belong to the AdBlue and DPF system.
These fuses must be checked before installation and replaced if they are not working.

After connecting the emulator, the DPF filter can be removed. If your DPF filter is damaged and unusable, you can break or drill it. However, if your DPF filter is intact, it is recommended to remove it without damage and replace it with an empty pipe.
