The Sim2K-510 engine control unit used in Kia Optima vehicles is equipped with advanced emission control systems DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) and SCR (AdBlue). However, these systems can create many problems over time, such as AdBlue failures, NOx sensor failures, DPF blockages and engine fault lights. Such failures not only disrupt driving comfort, but also lead to high maintenance costs.
The SCR + DPF Removal Emulator, specially developed for Kia Optima, electronically eliminates these problems. You no longer need to refill AdBlue, you do not have to wait for DPF regeneration, and you do not experience a decrease in performance due to blockages. Thanks to the emulator, the engine runs more freely, fuel consumption decreases and your vehicle's operating costs decrease in the long run.
Advantages of the Kia Optima Sim2K-510 Emulator:
Simulated Systems:
Thanks to this emulator, you can leave all AdBlue and DPF-related failures behind in your Kia Optima and restore your engine to its first-day power. This device, produced with advanced electronic simulation technology, offers great advantages in the long term for both individual users and fleet owners. With easy installation, low cost, high efficiency and 5-year warranty, Kia Optima Sim2K-510 SCR + DPF Adblue Removal Emulator is the smartest way to make your vehicle trouble-free, powerful and economical.
NOTE: If your DPF filter is damaged or if you personally want to remove a functional filter, you can disable the DPF filter as well by connecting all cables. If your DPF filter is intact and you do not want to remove it, you can connect only the green-yellow CAN-BUS lines and the red-black voltage lines as described in the documentation and perform SCR system simulation only.
With this connection type, the vehicle continues regeneration and DPF filter functions operate in their original form.
NOTE: If your vehicle experiences delayed starting after connecting the Sim2K-510 emulator, you can resolve this issue by replacing the crankshaft speed sensor with a new crankshaft speed sensor that does not have a CAN line.
