Kia Sorento MD1CS012 AdBlue SCR + DPF Removal Emulator

Kia Sorento owners, especially those with post-2022 models equipped with the MD1CS012 ECU, often face various issues related to the AdBlue (SCR) and DPF systems. Constant urea fluid (AdBlue) refilling, system failures caused by crystallized fluid over time, and faults in components like the NOx / PM sensors negatively affect vehicle performance and lead to extra costs and time loss. Additionally, soot buildup in the DPF filter reduces engine power and requires frequent regeneration.

Our emulator is compatible with vehicles equipped with the MD1CS012 ECU from 2022 onwards.

Note: If your DPF filter is damaged or you want to remove a working DPF filter, you can fully disable the DPF system by connecting all wires.
If the DPF filter is in good condition and you don’t want to disable it, you can perform only the SCR cancellation by connecting the green-yellow CAN-BUS lines and red-black power lines. In this connection setup, regeneration is not required and the DPF filter will not clog.
