The Kefico Sim2K-510 engine control unit used in Hyundai i40 vehicles is equipped with advanced SCR and DPF emission systems. However, over time, these systems can cause serious problems for users. Issues such as AdBlue failures, NOx sensor errors, SCR system warnings, and DPF clogging can lead to reduced engine performance and constantly illuminated warning lights. Additionally, the frequent need to refill AdBlue fluid and sensor-related malfunctions increase operating costs.

Hyundai i40 Sim2K-510 AdBlue (SCR+DPF) Removal Emulator
The Kefico Sim2K-510 engine control unit used in Hyundai i40 vehicles is equipped with advanced SCR and DPF emission systems. However, over time, these systems can cause serious problems for users. Issues such as AdBlue failures, NOx sensor errors, SCR system warnings, and DPF clogging can lead to reduced engine performance and constantly illuminated warning lights. Additionally, the frequent need to refill AdBlue fluid and sensor-related malfunctions increase operating costs.
The Hyundai i40 Sim2K-510 AdBlue (SCR+DPF) Cancellation Emulator is a professional solution developed to eliminate these problems. This emulator electronically simulates the vehicle's SCR and DPF systems. As a result, your vehicle no longer requires AdBlue refilling, does not throw NOx or DPF errors, and experiences no performance loss. After installation, the AdBlue fuel level remains stable, and the engine operates more efficiently.
Hyundai i40 vehicles with Sim2K-510 ECUs include several components in the exhaust system such as NOx sensors, PM sensor, temperature sensors, and a DPF differential pressure sensor. Malfunctions or incorrect data transmission from these sensors can lead to torque loss and serious exhaust system faults. Our emulator securely simulates all these systems via the CAN-BUS line and prevents the vehicle from logging any fault codes.
NOTE: If your DPF filter is damaged or if you personally want to remove a functional filter, you can disable the DPF filter as well by connecting all cables. If your DPF filter is intact and you do not want to remove it, you can connect only the green-yellow CAN-BUS lines and the red-black voltage lines as described in the documentation and perform SCR system simulation only.
With this connection type, the vehicle continues regeneration and DPF filter functions operate in their original form.
NOTE: In 2021 and newer models equipped with the SIM2K-510 ECU, if passive faults and warnings such as ABS errors occur or if there is a late start issue after AdBlue and DPF installation, the V2 connection can be applied. In this case, it is sufficient to disconnect the brown-white wire.
