The Autovei DirectConnect 2U (DC2U) tool is designed for programming different vehicle control modules without requiring a complete vehicle system. With ISP technology, it allows reading and writing of unknown or damaged firmware from vehicle control units. It supports BSL mode, TriCore BL mode, Motorola BKG mode, and NEC serial BL, providing wide operation options. Supported interfaces include J1708, BSL UART, SPI (SCI), and MBench.
The DirectConnect 2U tool does not work without the VEI V6/V7 device and is designed to operate at room temperatures above +5°C.
