Autovei Truck Explorer – Update and Support Subscription

All new Autovei Truck Explorer kits include a 12-month Update and Support subscription. To ensure the best Autovei experience, you should always keep your device firmware up to date. Our support team is ready to help you use our hardware effectively.

What’s Included in the Subscription:

• Support center help on how to use Autovei device
• Autovei and DC2U firmware updates (fixes and improvements)
• Free MR (PLD) flash file downloads (limit: 5 files per day / 20 files per month)
• Always the latest Truck Explorer software version
• Availability to purchase new licenses
• Availability to purchase tokens

Important: We do not provide consultations or technical support for the actual repair process. For repair guidance, we recommend checking forums or seeking help from experienced engineers.

Purchasing Additional Licenses: To buy an additional license, you must have a valid Update/Support subscription. You can renew your subscription anytime, but the price depends on how many days have passed since expiration:

• Renew within 30 days of expiry: 50% discount – 480 €/year
• Renew within 31–90 days of expiry: 35% discount – 620 €/year
• Renew after 91 days of expiry: 960 €/year

Service Terms & Conditions:

• Update and Support Service can only be purchased for hardware you already own.
• Once purchased, the service cannot be transferred to another device or another user.
• Support hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. GMT+2 (excluding public holidays). Response time up to 24 hours.
