The module has self-regulation current (self-control) capability. It provides the possibility of charging between range 100mA and 1000mA. The charging current is set to 1A. If you wish, you can change the current value by changing the resistor.
The module receives its supply voltage from the supply input pads on the card or from the micro USB. The test current can be measured by the input. The charging current should be 0.37 of the battery capacity. A 1A battery is convenient to charge with 0.4A. Charging with high currents in a shorter time is not recommended as it may damage the battery.
The wires to be used in the supply and battery connections must be of good quality. Poor quality cables will affect the charging current due to the resistance it will show.
The red LED lights up during charging and the green indicator LED lights up when the charging is finished and it is understood that the charging is finished.
The charging voltage should not be above 5V. The supply voltage to rise above 5V causes heat. This causes the charging current to decrease. the integrated temperature of 60 degrees is normal.
